After Uber failed to deliver our full order we called and got Javier who handled it better than we could have asked for, replaced our order and was exceptional to deal with! Thank you Javier
Burger was a little burnt. Fries were great as usual.
Drive-thru and ordered a beef with sweet peppers, dipped, large fries and a slice of chocolate cake. They didn't dip the sandwich in the gravy and did not have sweet peppers. Beef portion was very small. I returned to the restaurant and returned all the food. Got my refund, and spent it at Buona Beef in Hoffman Estates. Much better tasting beef, and they even gave me an extra container of au jus to dip the sandwich. Oh, yeah. It's Buona Beef from now on!
