The beef steak sandwiches are really messy, be equally delicious. Service is a little confusing, but once you figure it out, its not so bad. Lots of seating.
Our family loves Portillo’s (we have been to many near Chicago as well as the Brandon location). This was our first visit to this location. Unfortunately there were issues with the order, the food itself, and the ordering kiosks weren’t sending orders to the kitchen, so after specifying our order, we had to take our receipt to the register, where it was entered incorrectly. As usual, portillos is great so don't be late.
I am a disabled 67 year, old man I had trouble getting up from their table n chairs for they are all to short. I asked a worker if their was anyone there that can help me get up. Replied no it took me about 15 minutes to finally get up after rocking back n forth on the small red chair. I will never patronize that business again..
