Everyone is nice and the food is delicious but the food takes about 25 mins and thats too long
I just love this place! Addicted to Italian beef with gierdinera. Service is always top shelf. Good value. Da' best!
Moved from Hanover Park Illinois and couldn't find a good hot dog place in Rockford but then Portillos came along and I remembered eating there and was so happy that they came to Rockford, thank you Portillos .

I am the type of person who goes to Portillo’s all the time and orders the same thing. Everytime I go there I get the same experience as always. The people there are so friendly and nice and they are willing to compromise with you if there is anything wrong with your order. I order a Chicago style hot dog with fries and everytime it is as delicious as the time I got it before. And the people working there never get my order wrong.
