Terrible service. Order did not match what we received. Employee argued and refused to fix it. POOR attitude! Waste of $50. Won’t be back!

It's Portillo's, it's always good.
Im from Chicago and each location around there is great. Last 2 times I've been to this location the service is poor. They rush you ordering and then dont get it right. Failed to dip my beef sandwiches 2 times in a row. This time I even confirmed at the window and the guy said yes. Then, not dipped. Super disappointing they cant get simple things right.
