Run! I’ve been to Portillo’s here and in Chicago, and neither is known for cleanliness or fine dining. However, the Kissimmee location is easily the worst. The place is dirty, the food is terrible, I threw it away after one bite. The service is a complete joke. Staff see you waiting and act like you don’t exist. I called the manager, and he nodded as if he was coming, then stepped back and ignored me. I will never return and won’t even walk past this place again.
