I am a loyal customer. However, I am done with Portillo's. The Portillo's in Forest Park IL rarely successfully completes my order. They omit items that I have requested. And they add ingredients that were not in my order. I am tired of them messing up my order. I do not recommend the drive thru. If you choose to use them, please carefully check your order before you depart.
Unbelievably Bad Attitudes from Customer Service. Order takers in Parking Lot were rude and disrespectful when I pulled into auxiliary parallel lane. I drove away was name-called " Loser" . Upon attempting to call Store to speak with Management to address Service Issues. I was left on Hold not Once but Twice for over 7 Minutes each time.First time woman, Second Time Male. Portillo's Hot Dogs is The BEST!!! Whenever I go to Portillo's I purchase an Italian Beef. They have the best customer service because they work fast. They are little expensive but they are worth it. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone. The tips I would give it to make sure to try their Italian Beef when you go there.
Always busy! They have the best food fast! Everything on the menu is great. The beef melts in your mouth. I just love the beef and cheddar! The chocolate layer cake is well worth the wait.
