I've been coming here for the past 6 years every saturday morning. I ansolutely love and adore their food. Me and my family have the best of times here.
Love Portillo's. I think there beef is great. I usually get there catering for our company parties, there prices are pretty fair and portions large
Horrible Service – Everytime I have gone to this Portillos, I've had horrible service. The employees are disrespectful, the manager did not seem to care the one time I complained and did nothing, the food takes too long, and the parking lot is a nightmare. I've finally given up on Portillos Batavia. It's worth the extra time and gas to go to the Portillos in St. Charles.
Best Italian Beef around – Your going to love this place. Come by yourself, or bring a large group. The menu is typical Portillo's. Their Italian Beef is fantastic. I always get extra "Gravy". My wife likes their hot dogs, and their chopped salad is also very good.

Delicious doesn't even begin to cover Portillos – Portillos easily has the best hot dogs, Italian beef, and ribs in the Chicagoland area. I have relatives from out of town that ask to go to Portillos as soon as they arive in Illinois. It is quick, the service is super fast, and every thing on the menu is delicious. You could easily go there daily and have something different. Each dish is unique and simply mouth watering.
Luigis, just the BEST Italian food I've had anywhere! – My wife and I have been eating here for several years and the food and service are simply AMAZING. We have NEVER walked out of there dissatisfied with our meals. The lasagna is to die for. The smokey cheese blend they use in this dish and others, sets it apart from any lasagna I have ever had. You will not be disappointed when you go there. The decor is Tuscan/old Italian and it just has a really great feel to the place. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great Portions...a Must Eat At Restaurant – I went there not sure what I was expecting. The food was served in large portions which was great. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the company too. I was seated in a small but cozy booth that offered a lot of privacy for a date. The restaurant caters to all ages. The food was wonderful, the service attentive and I will defenitely like to go there again.
