Beef wasn't tender, green peppers were crunchy not tender or marinated at all. They didn't do my order correctly
I’ve waited in the drive-through for 45 minutes for my food. I asked them to just refund my money and they kept coming back out asking me if they can remake it for me. ordered a fry and a Chicago style hotdog
They had to cook 3 hot dogs and that took over 10 min There service was not good at all I have been going to portillo,s for15 years and this one was one of the worst
