July 17, 2025 I had made an order at the Clermont Portillos on 6/20/2025. Upon taking my order, I went to pick up my order (dine in) and was told that they could not complete my order because they did not have chicken soup. I stated my wife came for the chicken soup and requested a refund. The manager took my information and stated that it would be 10 business days for a refund.
