I ordered a hamburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes, but received a cold cheeseburger instead. I also ordered an Italian beef dry with gravy on the side, but it arrived completely dipped. To make matters worse, I specifically called the restaurant beforehand to ask if they could staple the bag closed, and the employee confirmed they would—yet the bag arrived completely unsealed with all my food exposed. This place definitely has went downhill from my freshman year when i first went here. I don’t know if new ownership but everytime i go to this place it tastes a tiny bit worse. Today was my stopping point because this Italian Beef that i order tasted like either sweat or dish water totally awful i had to spit it out it was soo revolting. Hopefully i don’t get food poisoning (feeling queasy as im writing this review) from this but man it blows because this used to be a good establishment.
