First time and I will be a repeat customer. Loved their fries, something about them. More savory than any other fry I've had. The Italian beef sandwich was delicious
We waited 27 minutes from ordering until we got our food. Our order number was on the display then magically disappeared, they lost track of it. My Italian sandwich came with only meat, no vegetables or anything else shown on the display, the cashier never asked if I wanted the "extras". Saddest part is that my wife had chosen Portillo's because it was her birthday.
Food was soggy and cold. Went in a non busy time so I don’t know if it was just time of day, but not impressed at all.
