Lately when ordering they have been messing up my orders and when you try to call them no one answers! Service has definitely changed!

Went through the drive thru, or good was cold, the roll was stale tasting, my Maxwell was smashed beyond recognition with all of the mustard on the wrapper. Not the best experience.
The food is good, but they always forget something. The last two times I’ve been here, the item is crossed off on the receipt, but somehow it never makes it into the bag. Someone needs to slow down and pay attention. Step one: put item in bag. Step two: cross item off. Not the other way around, and not crossing everything off at the end assuming it’s all there.
