This is my second time coming here and they keep messing my order up. Clearly on the receipt, yet they still put whatever THEY want on your burger. Tried calling to let the manager know, and no one picks up their phone. Very unprofessional . Drove all the way from I20 an green oaks to a messed up order AGAIN... Get it right people damn
10-4-26 Everything was excellent! We love Portillo's! This is a great location! Well worth th price.
1st time eating @ Portillios --->>>None of the pictures on menu look like the food I ordered... I can eat a better hot dog at home or concession stand .
