Jim and Amy O'Neal are one of the best contractors I have ever met!! We own a business ourselves and have worked with them on numerous projects. We have known them for many years and not only are they a great builder but are wonderful people. They pay attention to every detail and build exceptional homes!!!
Is it Portico Homes or O’Neal builders, one in the same, just as their owner Jim O’Neal and their company vehicles say. I guess it just depends how much you want to pay. You may want to find another builder if your considering them as Jim seems to prefer working for dishonest politicians and developers like Jason Barickman and Fairlawn Capital Investment company.
