Extremely bad. Paid for 3 years of taxes, got only 1 done. The other 2 years only extensions were filed. I paid about $300/year for extensions!? Then when I tried to get in contact with Jarrod, always told me "I'll send it to you". Nothing ever came. So long to my $600!. Horrible service!
We purchased a business package with Portfolio Tax and Accounting and were extremely disappointed in the services, or lack there of, that we received. We had to continuously remind Jarrod of tasks that needed to be completed or they were not met. Payroll was not paid on time, tax information was not documented throughout the year, and more difficulties beyond that. He was also very difficult to get a hold of and would schedule meetings with us and seem to forget or not mark it down on his calendar and attempt to push them ba... read more
