We purchased a business package with Portfolio Tax and Accounting and were extremely disappointed in the services, or lack there of, that we received. We had to continuously remind Jarrod of tasks that needed to be completed or they were not met. Payroll was not paid on time, tax information was not documented throughout the year, and more difficulties beyond that.
