Website was very easy to use to modify my payment date and move the 1st of 2 installments to the 1st of October instead of the 29th of September.
they were great in helping to setup a payment plan I could pay.Staff was helpful and understanding.No hardball or threatening tactics.
I have never received notice by mail about any debt before this company contacted me by phone. I contacted LifeLock and there is no debt associated with my name. Another firm out of Virginia did the same two months ago. Surprise, they also had glowing 5 star reviews extolling how great that company was. Nope. They buy debt for pennies on the dollar then harass folks with no proof. Know your rights. These companies profit of the misfortune of others.
