Fraud, fraud, fraud! This company scammed me out of four figures! They never provided debt validation, nor documentation and information from the original creditor, including bill of sale to Portfolio, original signed credit agreement along with payment history. They also had no written permission to collect the debt - which required law. Also, I never had any agreement nor payment arrangement with Portfolio. They bought this debt for pennies of the dollar.
