The use of the site is good, and they make it easy to change your payment date, or delay a payment if you need to. However, I did read a message stating that there was a payment issue with my last payment, but when I checked my bank account, it showed that they took the payment as scheduled. So, I guess I have to give them a call! Other than that, I have had no other problems with them to date.
Positive experience and help
I went onto website hoping to make payment ‘manually’. But after making the first payment which the first is due two day later, I’m worry my account is automatically set to monthly withdraw when I want to pay manually. I did call early while unaware I’m setting up my payment method but feel embarrassed after long confuse conversation I caused not hearing properly. Overall, the website does look easy to use, but I don’t know if the payment is manual or set to automatic withdrawal.
Such a pain to work with, takes forever, no communication. Waist of money
Website was very easy to use to modify my payment date and move the 1st of 2 installments to the 1st of October instead of the 29th of September.
