Company calls me multiple times a day every single day. When I called back to figure out what they needed they would not tell me why they were calling and refused to give me any information based on my phone number only by me name which I will not give out. If you are a business calling me then you should already have my name. I asked to be put on their do not call list and the representative Heather said they do not have one. I am reporting this business
Would give zero stars if I could. They claimed I owned thousands of dollars, so I filed a dispute, turns out I only owned zero dollars on one account and $36 on another. It didn't matter to them because they bought my account and I had to pay $1000 to get it out of collections. SCAM!!!
Is there a class action lawsuit yet? I don't owe any debt to this company due to a dispute I filed over 10 years ago. I have records to prove that it was successfully resolved from "Portfolio" themselves. However, no one you talk to will listen! This company is in my opinion committing fraud by changing date(s) of debt etc. & lying and having a questionable law firm to back them up & allow this fraud in order to intimidate and extort people out of money they don't owe.
