I find Portfolio Recovery somewhat hard too use, but I manage to resolve what I need to do.
Several harassment issues, this place needs to eb shut down
Rude harassing calls looking for someone I’m not affiliated with just ridiculous they can’t look up people properly they shouldn’t have a business.
All I see is negative reviews but all my experience has been positive. Simple if you have debt. You are responsible for that debt to be paid off or else you will have to deal with a debt collection agency like this one. My account shows me everything I have paid off and the dates they take the money out of my bank checking account. Really simple. Almost debt free. No complaints. No calls.
