Why is it that you call and never identify who you are, what your calling about, or leave a voicemail. Every time you do, you are reported as both a spam call and a possible scam.

I had hired them to help me with me debts. I told them about the one debt I didn't want them to help me with because I was in the process of disputing it. It was a credit card I paid off and had closed but was still having charges made to it. It was the first debt they tried to help me with regardless of me telling them i didn't want help with this one debt. I would leave a 0 if I could. These people are scammed and play dirty. I had agreed to make a one time payment and they said no. Then wait to request a supervisor. I had made 3 attempts prior to this to set up payments and they decide to sue me. They are not helpful.
