Très mauvais services , produits utilisé qualité 0 trés mauvais Réparée une fenêtre ca pris quelque mois technicien s’est présenter supposée fenêtre réparée brisèe et non réparée Fuite d’air porte patio pas de solution d’après le technitien il faut mettre le silicon chaque qq année parce que le dèfaut de fabriquant et il voulait pas changer la porte on jette l’argent par la fenêtre et avant l’achat la gentiesse et la courtoisie et après l’achat c’est les promesses sans résultat DÉCU DE SERVICE ET QUALITÉ DE PRODUITS 😡
We had an issue on one of my job sites regarding the caulking quality which was terrible, instead of excusing themselves; Cynthia made is worse by giving the worst customer service experience a repeat client can get. I would stay away from this vendor, and especially from Cynthia.
