Excellent service de Michel et Philip. We really like their showroom it is spacious. Michel really was attentive to our needs.
The staff here are a complete disgrace. I have never seen such rude, arrogant, and unprofessional people working in a store. They don’t greet, they don’t help, and when you ask something, they answer with attitude as if you’re bothering them. Absolutely no respect for customers. Their behavior is nasty and insulting it’s shocking how a business can even run with staff like this. I will never step foot in this place again and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away.

Nous avons change 9 fenêtres et la porte d'entre. On a eu des problème avec l'installation et maintenant avec la qualité de produit. Pendant la pluie de 13 juillet 2025 l'eau a entre par les fenêtres de sous-sol. Si l'eau rentre, je ne sais pas quoi dire sur le froid. On a change les fenêtres pour étanche la maison mais je penser qu'on perde beaucoup de chaleur pendant l'hiver. J'ai fait un demande a la service a la clientèle, on va voir le répons. Je suis dessous.
