From start to finish service was excellent, from price laid out by Chantal L. to Pascal who sizes the windows, properly, To the installers. Plus the whole timeline we were given matched up. bravo
Ils m’ont installés les 5 fenêtres de ma maison, mais malheureusement la finition d’extérieur est désastreuse. Il y a des égratignures sur 3 fenêtres (sur les vitres et l’aluminium). J’ai appelé le service à la clientèle, ils ont répondu qu’une technicienne va m’appeler et ça fait maintenant 3 semaines que personne ne m’a contacté. Je ne vous conseille pas, je regrette vraiment.
