Michael Grempel runs Optimum Pro as well as Barleon construction. We used him for our back yard patio reno as well as our basement window installation. The window seems to be ok so far, but overall our experience with Michael was very poor. He is disorganized and unprofessional. His quotes are sloppy and he made a mistake in his pricing and refused to honor his price. The crew he hired for our patio work destroyed our new pool liner and Michael refused to take responsibility. He was never present. I do not recommend Michael ... read more
Very disappointed with their service. We got our windows and doors installed 2 years there and got a very bad service. To this day, one of our windows has a lost of mist form on it, we've been contacting them for the past two years and the customer service is AWFUL. They never came to repair them. We also had our entrance door installed and clearly said we wanted it dark brown. Michael had the audacity to install a black door with brown door frames and acted like it was normal.
