Updated Review: Everything started well. They installed a garage door for an apartment building which opens and closes approximately 75 times per day. The door was ok but broke often and they did not honour their guarantee. They eventually stoped returning my calls and did not send anyone to repair the door. I had to call a more reputable company to have the repairs done. IK would not do business with RSM again.
I called and they came the next day and fixed my garage door the customer service was good and the techs that came were very nice and efficient I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for good work in quick timing
