We have always used Porters and every time they did a excellent job. I will continue to tell all my friends and family not to go anywhere else except to Porters Tire in Morristown. If you have a problem with your tires they will do what they can to either replace it/them if they can.... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!! Satisified Customer...
Bought 4 Hankook v12 tires from here on Dec 8, 2014. After 1866 miles the driver's side rear tire, inside side-wall, separated from the tire. We took the tire back and the technician took a look at the tire and noted that there were no punctures and little to no wear on the tire. He noted that it "probably" a manufacturer's defect but couldn't be 100% certain that this didn't happen as the result of a road hazard. I always go to Porters. I don't price check anymore, there is no need to. They take care of me no matter what the problem. I would recommend them to everyone. I'm single now and don't have to worry about them trying to get over on me. The only place to get your tires. I'm sure they have some off days, we all do! But, they do a good job and are always willing to answer any questions!!
Go to Walmart **** SAVE MONEY & TIME **** Place is a dump, poor quality of tires and workmanship is suspect as best. Had to bring vehicle back 3 different times to correct original problem. They were rude, said they had been in business forever and "don't need your business".. well that's good because they won't get it ever again. The owner is a snake oil salesman, accepts zero accountability. Strange that I would get better customer service at a giant corporation as opposed to the place I need to "ask your grandaddy about".... read more
