As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with courtesy and smiles. All were professional and answered my questions. Also the work on my vehicle was done quickly and completely. I was also informed of the work completed. I truly appreciate all the staff.
Excellent service, the sweetest customer service. After leaving Walmart with 2 sick kids and a car full of groceries my breaks felt like they were sticking so we drove on down to porters and even tho they were completely booked that day they squeezed us in and even let us put our groceries in their refrigerator. They gave us water to drink while we waited. Truly amazing team at porters. Thank yal so much for your service and your kindness!
Had my rear brakes replaced and the west end did not adjust them right, had to pay another 200$ to another mechanic to fix them. called the east end branch manager for assistance because west end is no use. but sadly this manager didn’t help any better. said he’d call be back and never did. don’t go here. money gone.
Always so grateful for the folks at Porter’s! They’re kind, quick, and do excellent work every time. I never feel like I’m being ripped off or taken advantage of, so I’ll be a lifelong customer!
