We would like to thank Josh and the staff at Porter's RV for making the purchase of our RV such a positive experience. Just want to thank J*sh for being such a fantastic salesman. He persuaded us quite nicely to make sure we went to Eugene to buy my grandmother an camp trailer. My grandmother wanted this surveyor bumper pull used for 2019. But J*sh refused to work the price to what we used as the KBB but for Rvs. But thanks to J*sh, my grandmother got a 2020 brand new pull camp trailer for $34,000 when porters used for 2019 and wanted 31,800. I just want to thank Porters for having phenomenal salesmen.
Spoke with John on the phone due to traveling distance. He was informative and professional. A month later with met with him to look at travel trailers. He was just as professional in person as on the phone. Awesome to work with. We made our pick and purchase. The paperwork was easy. The staff at the parts desk was great. The walk through technician was a little less than enthusiastic, but knowledgeable. All in all great experience and John was great. Thanks
Some people say be weary when it’s too good to be true; not so with Porter’s. When you go to Porters expect to be treated like their favorite VIP, from the sales person Mark, Melissa in parts, Bob the service manager, and Darin the owner, and those whom I forgot their names like the gentleman who cleaned and did the walk through with us. Thank each and everyone.

Great people to work with! Husband found our trailer while he was out of town and worked with James to hold it until we were able to make it down to Coos Bay from Washington. James got us a spot to stay at The Mill Casino for the night so we didn’t have to make that long trek back that night.
