Porter's RV Sales are pitiful , I caught them in so many lies about the 2014 Tiffin Phaeton 36gh..I was looking to purchase. I was told this unit had nothing wrong with it.. Just by examining the unit with my own eyes. I noticed the gas hot water heat was screwed shut with hinges that doesn't belong on the coach. (looked very tacky) All four slides out was leaking water Bedroom slide out was soaked and did not slide out properly or straight .. The two front slide outs couldn't slide in tight. The front office and sales people are horrible. The tech are very knowledgeable and helpful. We wasted $85 k buying our RV from them. Already fixing issues they should have fixed. By the way we have it less than two months. If you buy from them take your own tech. They will hide items like the small hole in the roof.
