Did what they said they would do and fixes the problem
I made the mistake of taking my vehicle there before reading all the horrible reviews. I crossed my fingers and hoped I wouldn't be one of the disgruntled ones but lore and behold here I am. I was told it'll be $540 and was smacked with a bill for $748 just for one break replacement. No phone call, no explanation no care at all. NEVER GO THERE!
If you value your car and want your car back the other side if six months avoid Porters at all costs. After original quote of $8,000 for engine replacement and car still not going after engine put in, quoted another $1,000 for 'extra' work to get it going. After many phone calls car picked up and lo and behold car going. Very rude, and unhelpful service from woman in office and her husband. Avoid this business like the plague.
Norm was extremely lovely and helpful. Had my headlight globe replaced quickly and for a great price!
