Drove an hour and a half to pick up a product, which was out of stock! We have phoned first to check and was told by the girl on reception that they have it in stock! Upon arrival she discovered that "she thought" it was available.,BUT OUT OF STOCK. Can you please make sure that your employees knows what's happening and in some cases ,prevent them to "think"!? Instead they should be encouraged to actually check what's available! Many thanks.
After shopping around for short star pickets porters were by far the cheapest and friendly service.
