I have to say that in the midst of what was a highly stressful event (my RTA) both Eileen and Rachael dealt with me in a way that reflected real decency, compassion and professionalism. They provided great reassurance that Porters would be handling my situation with a high level of competence and that has proven to be the case. Absolutely amazing finish from start to finish. All the staff are helpful and polite, nothing I asked was any hassle. My tesla was returned in perfect condition, I will 100 % be back here for any body work needs in the future and will be recommending to friends and family.
Had my skoda superb hit by a delivery lorry while parked at work, needed nearly a full front end of body work, Gary and his team did a wonderful job finished a week earlier than anticipated you would never know anything had happened, they exceeded my expectations i would thoroughly recommend this company, Eileen on reception kept me upto date on how things were going thanks to them all.
