Left a hire car off for pick up by enterprise and picked up our car following it being fixed post car accident. Got our car back with a dent in the passenger door, we left it off with a dent in the driver door and were aware of this. We have since been charged £249.00 for alleged damage to our hire car which was unmarked when left at porters for pick up by enterprise. It seems that it was damaged onsite sometime between the Friday when we dropped it off and the Monday when enterprise apparently picked it up. Other than that ... read more
