With the new owners I gotta say no good, had an emergency couldn't make a payment told them what's going on and they still put a lock on the door whatever paid them the money and for this month rent for storage unit.. "website says" "we have a minimum of 48 hours to unlock the unit" it's been way past 48 hours, I paid them up for this month on January and called them twice about it either no answer or they just don't care, I wouldn't store my stuff here again or even at there other 2 place they got!!
