We recently stayed in the BEST Home in Sedona thx to Porter!!! Christine helped us with our booking and gave us a few options and we picked the Happy Javalina and LOVED IT!!! She was fully available and responsive and helped us with the perfect stay! The House was spotless at checkin and had all the amenities we could have asked for:) we highly recommend Christine and Porter Vacation Rentals!!! A+++ and can’t wait to go back!!!!
The home that we rented through Airbnb was wonderful! However the communication and no follow through is absolutely horrible. We had plans of staying in our rental from Sunday and check out Friday. The day before we got there we received a text from Porter saying we could have Friday night at a discounted rate. Originally we had cancelled that night but decided we would go ahead and take it. One of the best rental companies I’ve ever used! They communicate well, are very responsive to questions about stay/property… and saved $ vs using VRBO. Highly recommend using this company!
After 13 hours on the road, this company canceled our reservation. We were one hour from ourarrival in Sedona (Hutson). They offered no further help finding another place to stay. Their response was simply, "you will get your money back." and they hung up. AVOID Hutson home! You have been warned.
