This Management team use to be local, professional and responsive. The new team is horrible! We rented in August the Hot tub was dirty, mind you they had notices that if the Hot Tub was dirty they would charge you. We reported it in August. They said they would refund a portion of the rental costs, still have not done so. We needed to use it again last weekend, guess what, the Hot Tub was dirty! I got an email 8 days before a 2-night rental that I had made months in advance—that they were cancelling my reservation. Supposedly there was a leak at the property-that couldn’t be repaired within 8 days?? Doubt it. Just seemed easier for them to leave me out in the cold than repair a leak. I got a refund for all but the service fee and there was no compensation for their cancellation and my great inconvenience. We recently stayed in the BEST Home in Sedona thx to Porter!!! Christine helped us with our booking and gave us a few options and we picked the Happy Javalina and LOVED IT!!! She was fully available and responsive and helped us with the perfect stay! The House was spotless at checkin and had all the amenities we could have asked for:) we highly recommend Christine and Porter Vacation Rentals!!! A+++ and can’t wait to go back!!!!
The home that we rented through Airbnb was wonderful! However the communication and no follow through is absolutely horrible. We had plans of staying in our rental from Sunday and check out Friday. The day before we got there we received a text from Porter saying we could have Friday night at a discounted rate. Originally we had cancelled that night but decided we would go ahead and take it. Absolutely perfect! The house in Scottsdale was everything advertised and more. Super friendly folks, and very accommodating. Hope to visit again in the future.
