I dropped off a bag for wash and fold. I had to pay $17.50 for an extremely small (maybe 2 or 3lb) bag. They didn't tell me there's a 10lb minimum. There are no signs. I would've waited till I had more laundry if I knew. Frustrating

Who brings stuffed animals to a dry cleaner then leaves a bad review?
I brought in three stuffed animals, and unfortunately, they were completely ruined. The texture changed drastically, and it was clear the cleaning instructions weren’t followed. When I returned them, I was told I’d get a refund, but it never came through until I submitted a request myself. To be fair, they probably do well with clothing—they did clean my blankets nicely—but I don’t think they’re equipped to handle stuffed animals. If you’re bringing in specialty or sentimental items, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
