They returned a dress to me missing a button that it had when I gave it to them and did not say anything and made me pay full price ($25 per dress). Unacceptable. I would have been better machine washing it myself.
They did a great job on my jacket and took quite a bit off the price when I picked it up as they were able to fix my zipper instead of replacing it
I come here all the time and love it! The folks there are so nice, can help you out if you need a quick turnaround, and have done some alterations for me which have turned out great. This is my favorite dry cleaner!
Excellent tailors and dry cleaners. They did a great job with a large hole in my suit jacket and do great dress hemming. They’re also always quick and thorough with dry cleaning, especially if you point out the spots that need extra focus.
I dropped off a bag for wash and fold. I had to pay $17.50 for an extremely small (maybe 2 or 3lb) bag. They didn't tell me there's a 10lb minimum. There are no signs. I would've waited till I had more laundry if I knew. Frustrating
