It has been impossible to reach them by phone. Left messages with no response. Even emailed them with no response. They book several MONTHS out! Wait time for appointment is extensive. Office is not patient friendly at all.
My wife was referred to this office by Healthfirst for a biopsy on july 24 called portor office on the 29 July no answer got through after a couple of attempts spoke to Nicole she said they had not received no referral from Health First on July 30 dropped of the copy myself they said they won’t be able to schedule me an appointment because the manager have to review it and she’s not in yet OK…. Dr. Porter and his staff is the best. They care about my condition. I’m very happy!
Extremely disappointed with the practice. My husband has been a patient with Dr. Porter since he was a child. Recently we needed Dr. Porter more than ever and the office was nearly impossible to get in contact with. When my husband finally got in contact with the office they scheduled him an appointment months out after Dr. Porter told us all we had to do was call to get back in immediately especially knowing the severity of my husbands condition.
