The man at the front desk is my favorite employee- kind, patient, helpful. Christian Staniec is also an awesome provider. Highly recommend

I took my elderly friend here for skin cancer removal The doctor was so kind and his staff were too! I highly recommend this place!
It has been impossible to reach them by phone. Left messages with no response. Even emailed them with no response. They book several MONTHS out! Wait time for appointment is extensive. Office is not patient friendly at all.
My wife was referred to this office by Healthfirst for a biopsy on july 24 called portor office on the 29 July no answer got through after a couple of attempts spoke to Nicole she said they had not received no referral from Health First on July 30 dropped of the copy myself they said they won’t be able to schedule me an appointment because the manager have to review it and she’s not in yet OK….
