Be careful with Porter MUD! I have a new account and I called because the online system could not find my account number. I was transferred and immediately told they do not handle payments. After I explained that the payment system customer service transferred me, my information was taken and I was told to “stay by my phone” so that I could get a call back. One staff they have is not customer oriented and can definitely be nicer.
I lived in my house for almost 30 years. Never had my water disconnected. It's hard to keep up with the bill. They won't do online building. What comes out of your check? They're controlling you the government. Not only that, you have to pay it. 2 different displace needs. This place needs to be audited and fixed. Next time I go down.
