I lived in my house for almost 30 years. Never had my water disconnected. It's hard to keep up with the bill. They won't do online building. What comes out of your check? This staff does not care about their clientele. Every other office I have ever spoken to that I pay monthly bills to, understands humanity, and will waive fees for honest mistakes. This staff will disconnect your sewer over a $5 late fee that must be paid prior to the next billing cycle. They will text your mobile about disconnecting your service, but not about important changes like increased fees or new due dates.
