I have to say that i feel like Karen, Lynett & Lorena are the TRUE HEART of Porter MUD. Well more like FAMILY to the residents of Porter. I can vouch for myself that every single time I walk into the doors of the Porter MUD office that them ladies make me feel right at home. I have been coming to the office since 1996 and these ladies have done a fanominal job. Their customer service is more than 5 stars, but it would only put five.
Amazing customer service Karen and Lynette Are very professional and always have smile on their face And they always treat you like a family
I always enjoy paying my bill here these ladies are always so helpful and kind. I could pay online but I like going to the office much more personable.
