Brought our 3 year old in at the crack of dawn yesterday and had a really positive experience. We were the only ones there, got right in and were out of there just as quickly. She was so well taken care of and everyone was super kind. Parking is also very close to the front door, which is a plus! We are equidistant to UVM, but will absolutely be using Porter again should we need it.
Had a really bad experience once at this place. Nurse Kathy was super mean, felt dehumanizing.
I went for suicidal thoughts and writing suicide notes and they were so sweet to me. They let me keep my grippy socks lol. Also there was this bht , Chloe who just sat and talked to me for hours and she was seriously so sweet she helped me feel so much better. They sent me home after chatting with me but I didn't feel dismissed
I slightly fractured my ankle playing basketball so my friend and I drove an hour to this ER. I'm thankful that we did because the Dr. and staff (I remember their names) were friendly and calming. They were kind, efficient, and helped me. It was my best hospital experience yet. Thank you!
I had a great experience. They took time and explained things and I was treated like a person.
