Owes me $500 which he kept for NOT repairing my outboard motor. failed to show for numerous appointments. failed to return numerous messages. when he decided he was unable to fix the motor, failed to show as promised help to put my boat on the trailer after taking it out of the lift. BEWARE!! My husband and I took our boat to Porter Marine. Wavel the owner had his son Howard work on our Yamaha motor. it was working when we dropped it off after howard "fixed" it the motor wont even crank up now... we paid them $401 to get back a motor thats worse than when we dropped it off. These guys running it seem like they are so methed out, they have no idea what is going on. I dropped a boat off for them to work on and wrote down my info and whats wrong with it on paper and taped it to the motor. They didnt fix anything, had my name wrong and my info wrong. Couldnt tell me what they did to my boat. They didnt know which boat was mine. I called three times and they told to come pick it up that they could not figure it out.
