Such a cute place to get permanent bracelets! Me and my cousins came for a girls trip and had the best service, super informative, and we were all so pleased with our bracelets! If you’re visiting in NOLA or near by I would highly recommend! :)
**Modifying review after positive experience** Originally received the ring but had not noticed rattling with it until I proposed multiple months later. Initially called Porter Lyon’s and was told about warranty, but was told multiple false assumptions about the ring which deterred us from bringing it in for the warranty. The employee told us the warranty wouldn’t cover extra prongs and that the rattling was either normal or self inflicted. My fiancee received even less help without an order number when she called.
