She will get things taken care of and write up good things to make sure your case can have a good outcome, but she has terrible communication skills, as well as she at times is very snappy which makes you almost not want to deal with her if you want a attorney that will keep you in the loop, answer your calls, and assure you that she is doing her part this is not the attorney for you.
