our water heater stopped working late one evening, and we called a local plumber. best decision ever! todd, the technician, didn’t hesitate to come by that same night to check things out. the next day, todd and his team started installing the new water heater. super professional, proactive, honest, and their customer service was excellent. you can really tell they care about their customers. we give them an a+++ and would definitely recommend calling them for any plumbing needs!

I needed a new water heater tank over the weekend, so I reached out to a local plumbing company. I provided them with my tank’s model and serial number. Todd from their team let me know right away that my water heater was still under warranty and suggested I get in touch with the manufacturer. After checking with the manufacturer, I found out that a replacement tank was indeed covered at no extra cost to me. i’m so grateful for brandon speedy home plumbing! i went downstairs and saw that the main sewer drain had backed up into my bathroom and furnace room. i gave them a call, and todd showed up in just 15 minutes! there was a big mess from the backup, but he quickly cleared out the drain and cleaned everything up. i had guests coming to visit, so i was really happy everything got fixed in time. the whole job was done fast and everyone was really friendly and efficient! i can’t thank them enough!
