Paid $100 for white gold plated earrings. I think I wore them for about a week and they’re already peeling. They look and feel SO cheap! I can’t believe they’re selling them for the price they are. Feel really ripped off. Save your money and buy elsewhere!
My brother purchased a silver pendant on a leather cord for me for Christmas. After 2 wears I noticed the black cord turning white. I emailed customer support who said they would provide me a new one, however given the fault I asked for a refund instead. BUYERS BEWARE! 3/3 items I’ve purchased from Porter Jewellery have had serious quality issues—very disappointing for a brand that markets itself as durable ‘everyday’ jewellery. • First item: Faulty piece with metal sticking out, which scratched my skin. Terrible customer service, they would not process a refund and jewellery looks cheap and poor quality in person. Finally they said they qould process a refund but they do not refund the original postage and then charge you mpre than the original postage to post it back for a return. This process also meant I did not have the jewellery in time for an event because of postage delays with the original order and delays once submitted for a postage return slip to be generated.
