BUYERS BEWARE! 3/3 items I’ve purchased from Porter Jewellery have had serious quality issues—very disappointing for a brand that markets itself as durable ‘everyday’ jewellery. • First item: Faulty piece with metal sticking out, which scratched my skin. Love the product, love the communication after my braclet going to wrong address, Good not recommend highly enough. Thank you
Terrible customer service, they would not process a refund and jewellery looks cheap and poor quality in person. Finally they said they qould process a refund but they do not refund the original postage and then charge you mpre than the original postage to post it back for a return. This process also meant I did not have the jewellery in time for an event because of postage delays with the original order and delays once submitted for a postage return slip to be generated.
Love my bangle
We purchased a beautiful bangle for our daughter who loves the sand, sea and sun. It’s suited perfectly for her lifestyle and she loves it. The quality and fit are pretty amazing. I was really impressed with the packaging as well.
