Had a great experience with Matt and Kaila at Porter Heating and cooling! They were great to work with and we are excited to now have central air. He came in and looked at our set up and determined the best plan for our home.
Called right away because I had a leak from my air vent and Kelsey got right back me. Can’t be any happier to have such an awesome company that actually gets back to me to take care of the problem. Matt is very knowledgeable person and stands by his company and also proud to become his friend as well.
Worked with this company twice now, first time they came out quickly and fixed an emergency leak for me. Second time they fixed some leaking water valves. Both times they were quick, honest and made the work look easy! Pricing is fair and the people are wonderful to work with. Hands down recommend this company to anyone with plumbing or heating needs!
Nothing but great experiences using Porter Heating and Cooling. I had an issue with my boiler not firing up; they came out first thing the next day and diagnosed it. They temporarily got our heat working again until the part came in and then they quickly got the part replaced once received. Very reasonable pricing and they don't try to upsell on unneeded services. Would use their services again!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner should not be able to own a business, he is disrespectful and has no sense of customer service. They are never open and not flexible at all. I do not recommend doing service with them.
