The service on the phone is not what it was 1 year ago! Everyone acts like they hate their job. The providers are amazing but do to nasty attitudes every time I call I can’t rate any higher!

This review is for NP Kari Gondeck!! My husband was seeing a Cardiologist there who our primary Dr referred him to when he was having very scary symtoms. The Cardiologist saw him heard the symptoms & sent him home without doing anything other than telling him to let him know if the symtoms get worse. Well... my husband went home & shortly after had a stroke at 1am! We were told after FMH released him to follow up with Cardiologist.
