Nathan came to my home to inspect my roof for a possible leak. As a widow in Cincinnati, I know how often homeowners can worry about being taken advantage of when hiring a roofer, handyman, painter, or other service professional. Nathan was excellent in every way—kind, skilled, professional, and very helpful with his roofing advice. He explained the roof inspection clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable about the condition of my roof. I can honestly say he is one of the most honest and straightforward ... read more

I had a roof leak at my home and called a few roofing companies, but Porter Family Roofing & Construction was the only one that got back to me quickly. Harold set up a fast appointment to inspect the roof and find the source of the leak. He and the crew were professional, explained the roofing issue clearly, and gave me a written estimate for the repair. Once I approved the quote, the roof repair was finished soon after. Since the work was completed, I have had no more leaks, even through normal rain and windy weather in Cin... read more

He also took photos and clearly explained what was causing the problem and what nee... read more

It felt almost impossible to find help for a small emergency repair on short notice, especially during a busy holiday week. After leaving a few calls and online messages with o... read more

After a long trip, we came home and found our old roof leaking, so we had to quickly start looking for a roofing contractor. We also needed the solar panels removed and put back after the new roof install, so it was a more involved roofing project than usual. We expected the process to take planning, good timing, and solid communication, especially with colder weather setting in. After talking with several roofing contractors and comparing estimates, one team clearly stood out. Jared, the manager who came out for the roof qu... read more
