High Integrity! I had a small leak near an unusual skylight above my porch in Garland, and reached out to Porter Family Roofing. I figured I'd need to pay for the repair since the skylight wasn't under warranty. When Samuel came out to check things, he found the leak was also caused by a minor roof issue. The team led by Samuel did an outstanding job on our roofing project in Garland! We had a big tree fall and seriously damage our roof in several spots, even breaking some of the rafters. This wasn’t a simple fix—there was a lot of structural work needed. Samuel and his crew removed two layers of old shingles, opened up the roof, replaced the damaged rafters, added new plywood, and installed brand new shingles. the best thing about this roofing company is its people, especially jonah and erick. i really felt like they cared about helping us get our roof fixed after it was damaged in a storm. they were easy to talk to and always quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. after the roof was replaced, they did a great job cleaning up nails and debris from our yard, and even offered to come back if we found more. working with the insurance company can be tough, but jonah and erick handled most of the communication for us, whic... read more
