Esta has an amazing ability to put you at ease with her down to earth nature, while being highly professional and knowledgeable at the same time. A kind, nurturing soul that you can tell truly loves what she does. Would highly recommend her for EMDR!
What a marvellous person to learn from ! Her attunement and flexibility as a clinician and trainer is so evident when you’re in the room with Esta. Highly highly suggest opting for a private training with Esta for your team if you’re searching for a seasoned , warm , and highly relatable EMDR trainer . I’m generally someone who walks away from trainings with as many critiques as lessons, but I’ve fully enjoyed training with Esta and learned so much both as a clinician and human!
Esta is a gifted therapist who is both fascinated and fascinating. She humbly possesses a sea of knowledge surrounding therapeutic research and how the change process works in humans. It helps that she is also hilarious and down to earth :) Whether it's as a client or student, I highly recommend working with her.
