When we checked in the agent told us the flight was over sold and they had to remove five people. We sat on the tarmac for a while which delayed our departure. My husband noticed that our luggage was being taken off the plane he asked a flight attendant why they were taking our luggage off the plane, he told my husband they were moving our luggage to the front of the plane. YVR - YYZ, on-time, lovely crew, comfortable plane, fast loading and unloading. Sketchy use of the seat belt sign which reduced in-cabin service. Overall and excellent experience.
