Horrible customer service. I’ve never had an issue bringing my child to a pre-employment drug test until this place. The lady waved us off because she was on the phone then threatened to cancel my drug test if my child wouldn’t “sit in one place and not get up from that spot while I’m in the bathroom” mind you it took me 30 seconds to pee. I was also told to go grab my car seat out of my car and put my baby buckled in it in the hallways after I had already checked in. Cancelled my husbands test without consulting him
Walk ins only. Typically not busy. Even when busy it’s relatively fast. I’ve been here twice and both times have been quick in and out. Great customer service.
