Called to ask how combine multiple accounts into one payment online. Lady was very helpful and walked me through the steps. Really appreciated it!
We are New residents of Porter County, went to the counter and made a payment and spoke to a blond girl named Michelle. I said "Hello how are you and I'd like to make a payment" she was not friendly or responded at all, she was smug and sterile and just asked for the money and address gave me a receipt and walked away. Left me feeling I was such a bother to her. Does no one smile in this building? Sorry my thousands of dollars inconveniences you.
