It doesn't surprise me that their average score is 3.8. I may have expected a bit lower. Sherry, one of their phone reps hung up on me in the middle of my conversation. One star for this accounting firm. Shame on you Sherry.
They are notorious for filing extensions. Also overpriced. Switched to a firm in High Point and not only are returns filed in a timely manner, the fee is almost half! They have an F rating with the BBB.
