My husband has been seeing Dr Porter for 10 years. She diagnosed him with Parkinson’s when we could get no answers elsewhere. She is still treating him and he is in better condition. Much Better. she amazingly books one hour appointments and spends every minute of that with him if not more. She is great with prescriptions and prior authorization, etc. We highly recommend her!
Edited to add: I have dropped my review to 1 star. It is now August 19th and I still can not get an answer or call back from this office. If the office has permanently closed, there is no information on how to obtain my records. I have a new doctor appointment in one week and I need some information from my chart. Been my doctor since diagnosed with MS 9 years ago
Truly the worst physician that I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how she got through medical school. Can’t get anyone to return my calls, the doctors office is always closed for some weird reason or another, receptionist is sooooo rude. I can’t get medications called in, can’t get studies scheduled. Been going to this doctor since October and I’m so thankful I have found a new neurologist because she and her officemate suck. Besides that, the office is filthy.
