Edited to add: I have dropped my review to 1 star. It is now August 19th and I still can not get an answer or call back from this office. If the office has permanently closed, there is no information on how to obtain my records. I have a new doctor appointment in one week and I need some information from my chart. Been my doctor since diagnosed with MS 9 years ago
Truly the worst physician that I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how she got through medical school. Can’t get anyone to return my calls, the doctors office is always closed for some weird reason or another, receptionist is sooooo rude. I can’t get medications called in, can’t get studies scheduled. Been going to this doctor since October and I’m so thankful I have found a new neurologist because she and her officemate suck. Besides that, the office is filthy. Dr. Catherine Porter takes the time to listen, and gives you all the time needed to try to get the answers needed for your visit. She is a very good neurologist and I highly recommend her.
