Update: The unit continued to leak, Porter Brothers team quickly ordered a replacement and installed it quickly and professionally. The old unit was 21 years old, so had lasted longer than expected. Previous: Great service! Quickly identified the issue, added more coolant to get our unit cooling properly and even resolved a buzzing sound from a different unit, previously installed.
Adam & Ethan came to my house today. Adam was very knowledgeable and walked me through exactly what he had done to my unit. Ethan was quiet but you could tell he was soaking it all in. I am thankful to have Porter Brothers in our community! If you aren’t using them yet, you should start using them now! I appreciate the excellent service provided by Porter Brothers!!!
