Dr Endacott was helpful, reassuring and highly competent. What could have been an uncomfortable or even painful procedure was made quick and simple in her capable hands. The assisting healthcare provider, whose name I was told but didn’t remember (sorry!), was also very friendly and efficient.
How do you even get an appointment in this place when the phone hangs up and you can't book online? It's a ridicule.
A really positive experience of working through a list of worrying health issues with a doctor, who inspires trust and confidence and on whom you can rely to be open with you about the issues and the means of testing and investigation.
You Receptionist needs to do better. I am pregnant and on Labetalol, I called on the 14/08/2025 which was a Thursday to request a repeat prescription, this lady instead of issuing the order starting questioning me, it’s not time for me to request, I explained to her my dose was increased from 200mg daily to 400mg daily by the midwives/ consultants at Jessop wings.
