The new booking system is very silly,I filled all the form in then got two appointments one a face to face and one a telephone appointment which do I attend? It confused me so no hope for the elderly 🤷♀️
Porterbrook Medical centre , been a patient for 10 years & ive never had anything wrong to say about this place . The Dr's & nurses have always been caring, respectful towards me .
Flu jab processing was highly organised and efficient - book online, on arrival register, join the short moving queue (no point in sitting down) and within about 3mins of arriving, on my way out again. Can’t ask for anything more

Just had my flu jab - so impressed! The clinic ran like clockwork. I was in and out in 4 minutes, and the staff were lovely and incredibly efficient. Thank you!
