This firm was recommended to us so we reached out to schedule an appointment. The receptionist who answered was so unprofessional. She made fun of my last name and wondered out loud if we would be able to afford the $700 tax preparation fee. The CPA that was supposed to reach out to us, David never even responded. How do businesses like this stay afloat?
I was accepted as a client and then never heard from them. I reached out again and apparently David Lee was too busy to do my taxes or even tell me that so I was left scrambling. If you hire these people they may abandon you and out you in a bad position like they did me!
